Josh Kalis & Fred Gall Interview - Transworld February 1998
Josh Kalis & Fred Gall Interview - Transworld February 1998
One of the skateboarders who use to inspire me a lot was Love Park veteran Josh Kalis. At the DC demo in Amsterdam’s 3rd floor skatepark in what was probably also ’98 he was already skating sick with switch backside tailslides and big nollie kickflips. I saw the guy skate quite often during later years in Holland and Barcelona and the cool thing was that every single time he was skating really hard, not stopping until he landed whatever he was trying.
His interview in this old Transworld together with fellow East coast skater Fred Gall always has been one of my favorite old ones so here you have it.
If you haven’t done so yet you should also check out his Epicly Later’d on VBS which is probably one of the best ones yet.
